What is a sound bath?

Every particle in the universe is vibrating at a distinct frequency. Sound baths create powerful vibrations that affect your body at a deep, cellular level. And sound baths are unique in that they are easily accessible to everyone—no special knowledge or training is required

Sound baths can:

  • Assist with meditation

  • Elicit a relaxation response 

  • Reduce stress & anxiety

  • Increase focus & clarity

  • Decrease tension & fatigue

  • Boost your immune system

Sound bath tips:

  • Wear loose-fitting clothing

  • Get as comfortable as possible (think blankets, pillows, eye mask, the works!)

  • Use headphones! If you’re joining us online, this can take a virtual sound bath from good to mind blowing!
