Move the body. Relax the mind.

About Us

Kat

I found yoga at a time when I needed it the most. I was busy, stressed out, and in pain from playing the flute and driving on loop. It wasn’t until I carved out time in my life to dedicate to movement and meditation that I found that I actually had more time to live in the present moment and do the things that I wanted to do, not just as routine, but with intention and joy.

As a percussionist who has played with some of the world’s greatest orchestras, I have access to particular instruments that are more resonant, more in tune, and more centered than others. Whether you’re a musical expert or not, our sound baths prompt a stronger response from your body’s parasympathetic nervous system. With continued yoga and soundbath practice, you might find that you deal with stress better, that you are more present and able to make decisions with greater ease, that you feel physically and mentally better on a regular basis. You might find that you can think more clearly and that you enjoy life more fully.

We have been doing yoga and soundbaths since 2017, both in person and virtually. Between the two of us, we have several music degrees, a soundbath practitioner certification, and multiple yoga teaching certifications. It continues to be one of our greatest joys to curate events, workshops and classes that have the ability to help you switch from stressed to relaxed. We really hope that you will experience the same kinds of shifts in your mind and body as you practice with us!

Our Class Vault contains many great introductions to sound baths.
