Customize your own practice! My goal as your guide is to teach to your needs. Whether you would like an athletic vinyasa practice or a soothing restorative practice, or perhaps we work together on strengthening your meditation practice, we can tailor our time to your needs and desires.

Total Shift Yoga + Soundbath

Our signature session: movement plus vibrations. We will spend an hour doing slow, gentle and intentional movements on the mat so that we can settle in for a long rest and soundbath at the end.

Kat is an absolute Yoga genius. She is calm and composed in classes, and her classes leave my body feeling completely refreshed. I am an avid Calisthenics athlete, and some of her Yin classes leave me just as sore as my hardest workouts! I fell asleep during every sound bath because I was so relaxed by the end.
