Salute the Sun: Morning Flow + Soundbath

This class will begin with gentle breathing and slow, held postures to warm and prepare the body & mind for the day. Then we will begin to introduce more flowing [but still gentle] movements that link to the breath. This class is designed to calm the mind and prepare the body for the day ahead! Of course, we will end with a signature Total Shift sound bath during savasana. This class is suitable for all levels.
