Yoga For a Happy Low Body + Soundbath

Let’s dive into the low body with hamstrings, quads and hips! If you do anything that involves low body (walking, sitting, standing, driving, running, biking…..you get the point), this class is for you. Often times, your low back pain also originates in the low body, so this is a great place to start!

Encouraged Props:

  • 2 blocks

    • or two stacks of books

  • 1 Strap

    • or scarf, belt, or anything that resembles a long strap
