The Full Body Musician || Feel at home in your body

During our first session, you will need:

  • A journal & pen

  • 2 yoga blocks (or 2 stacks of books)

  • A firm pillow or cushion to sit on

    We will be exploring different ways to understand the sensations in our bodies. We will discuss the benefits of yoga as it relates to us as musicians, while diving into movement and a body scan meditation, followed by a sound bath!
