The Full Body Musician || Tech & practice cure

During our second session, you will need:

  • A journal & pen

  • 2 yoga blocks (or 2 stacks of books), 2 tennis balls, and a towel or blanket

  • A firm pillow or cushion to sit on

We will be exploring physical barriers as related to the neck, shoulders and upper back. We will also be discussing the importance of routine, ritual and goal setting in practicing and every day life!
