The Full Body Musician || Sitting cure

During our third session, you will need:

  • A journal & pen

  • 2 yoga blocks (or stacks of books), a towel or a blanket

  • a firm pillow or a cushion to sit on

We will be exploring the low body, along with breath work practice and discussion. We will end with a restorative movement practice and a sound bath!
