Breath & Soundbath Meditation

It's all about the breath. Today we'll be practicing alternate nostril breathing, which is meant to bring balance to the the two hemispheres of the brain in an effort to find equilibrium in mind and body. So regardless of how you are feeling in this exact moment, you will probably feel a little more balanced and grounded after a few rounds of this breath.

{PROTIP: You might want to blow your nose before you start!}

Of course, following the guided breath Jeff will lead us through a beautiful Total Shift soundbath!
