Yoga for Hands & Feet + Soundbath

Let’s be honest, we could all stand to give a little more love to our hands and feet. They do the MOST for us, and expect nothing in return. Often times they are the ones that take the brunt of our fast paced lives every day.

Encouraged props:

  • Strap

    • Don’t have one? Grab a long scarf, a belt, a karate belt, whatever you have will work fine!

  • Tennis Ball

    • Or any ball that is roughly that size. Dog toys are totally allowed ;)
