In the second session of Yoga Foundations, we will discuss the 8 Limbs of Yoga. These limbs, or steps, are essentially principles to live by in order to live a purposeful, meaningful, and “yogic” lifestyle. The 8 limbs bring our attention to the ethical and moral conduct, and how to apply all of this to our own health, and the world around us. Also,
